The Magnolia House on Gorrell Street is one of Greensboro’s most important historic landmarks and a vital Green Book site. Once a safe haven for Black travelers during segregation, it welcomed civil rights leaders, artists, and athletes. Today, it stands as a preserved symbol of Black history, community, and resilience in Greensboro.
